If 4 of the winning numbers are in the pool, at least one line contains 3 of them. A guarantee only applies when the winning numbers are actually in the pool.

Limits: The coverage rule only applies if the winning numbers are in the pool. More lines cost more, and each line keeps exactly the same odds.

Replayed over the last 100 draws, this strategy averaged 1.25 hits a draw (best of 4 lines). Random numbers average 1.15.
