Every draw is random
Each draw is independent. Hot, cold, overdue and balanced numbers all have exactly the same chance as any other line, and no system, strategy or pattern changes that. Our number stats and strategy picks describe past draws; they are for entertainment only.
The odds of a jackpot are tiny: about 1 in 20 million for Lotto and 1 in 42 million for PowerBall. See how our tools work for every lottery we cover.
Keeping it fun
- Decide what you can afford before you play, and treat it as the cost of entertainment, not an investment.
- Never chase losses by playing more to win back what you spent.
- Never borrow, or use money meant for rent, food, bills or debt repayments.
- Set a time limit, and don't play when you are upset, stressed or drinking.
- Keep other hobbies and plans. Gambling should be one thing you do, not the main thing.
Warning signs
Talk to someone if any of these sound familiar:
- Spending more than you planned, or more than you can afford.
- Thinking about gambling a lot, or feeling restless when you can't play.
- Hiding how much you play from family or friends.
- Borrowing money or selling things to play.
- Feeling you have to win back what you lost.
- Arguments, stress or missed commitments because of gambling.
Tools that help you stop
- Self-exclusion. In South Africa, the National Responsible Gambling Programme can help you exclude yourself from licensed operators. In the UK, GAMSTOP blocks you from all UK-licensed online gambling sites for a period you choose.
- Blocking software. Free tools such as BetBlocker block gambling websites on your phone and computer.
- Bank blocks. Many banks let you block gambling payments from your card. Check your banking app or ask your bank.
Under 18?
It is illegal to buy lottery tickets or gamble under 18, and this site is for adults only. If gambling is affecting you or someone close to you, the helplines above talk to young people and families too.
What we promise
- We never claim a pick or strategy improves your odds, and our code checks every page for win claims.
- Every strategy pick shows what random numbers would score, so you can see there is no edge.
- We only link to operators licensed in your country, and every offer carries this page's helpline.
- We don't market to under-18s, and emails go only to adults who have confirmed they want them.
