We collect as little as we can. You can use the checker and save numbers without giving us anything that identifies you.

Who we are
Digital Lottery Tools is run by DIGITALHOMETARVERN (Pty) Ltd, trading as Digital Tarvern (registration 2026/758395/07), 66 During Street, Davenport Manor, Honeydew, Gauteng, 2000. We are the controller (the "responsible party" under POPIA) for the personal information described here. Our Information Officer is Mlungisi Robert Mdhlalose, reachable at support@digitaltarvern.co.za.
What we collect and why

Who processes your information
- Vercel hosts the site and works out your country from your IP address.
- Supabase hosts our database (sign-ups, consent records, click counts).
- Resend sends our emails.
- Google serves ads and runs the ad consent message.
Each acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement. When you click a partner link, the partner learns only that you came from us (through tags in the link); we don't pass them your email or any other personal information. We never sell personal information.
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States and the EU. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, take a copy of it, and withdraw consent at any time. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To use any right, email support@digitaltarvern.co.za; we reply within one month.

Children
The site is for adults only. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you think we have, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We store as little as possible, hash identifiers we don't need to read, keep confirmation tokens only as hashes, and restrict database access to our servers. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.
Changes
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and its date, and email subscribers about significant changes.
