How the Odd/Even & Low/High Balance strategy works

1. Sort each of the last 100 draws into odd-low, odd-high, even-low and even-high counts.
2. Find the most common mix.
3. Fill each group with its most frequent numbers.

What it can't do: Common mixes are common because there are more combinations of them, not because they are more likely to win.
