How the Decade Spread strategy works

1. Group the numbers by tens.
2. Take the most frequent numbers in each group over the last 100 draws.
3. Visit the groups in turn, never taking more than two from one group.

What it can't do: Spreading numbers out makes a line look balanced. It does not make it more likely to be drawn.
